Payment methods

We accept Paypal, credit cards VISA, MASTERCARD, American Express, iDEAL, Bancontact, Belfius and KBC/CBC. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.




We deliver worldwide. All orders above €250 are shipped for free.

The following rates will apply for orders below €250:
  • National shipping €5
  • European Shipping €8 (except for UK €13)
  • International Shipping €18


National and European orders take approximately 1-3 business days to dispatch. International orders take around 8 days to dispatch. If an item is on backorder or out of stock it may take up to 3 weeks to dispatch from our warehouse.

We don’t process or deliver orders during weekends and national holidays. Every order placed on Friday after 15h00 CET, Saturday, Sunday or national holiday will be processed on the following working day. We can’t be held responsible for any delay due to the weather, mistakes from the delivery service or due to customs delays.




You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return your item(s). The period starts the day after the goods are received. We kindly ask customers exercising this right to return the goods unused, in the original packaging

and with the tag attached, with all user information.

The Distance Selling Regulations state that you are allowed to examine the products as you would in a shop, for example you can take the garment out of its packaging and examine it, and you can try it on. However, we ask that you do not wear it for more than the time needed to try it on (5-10 minutes).

We offer returns in the following countries: Belgium, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Austria, Finland, Poland, Portugal, Greece, Ireland, The Czech Republic, Hungary, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia. Simply use

the return label provided in your parcel to return your item(s).

If you are returning a parcel from a country that is not on the list above, you cover the shipping costs. Please ensure that goods are packed with sufficient outer packaging to ensure that no damage is caused in transit.

We expect you to ship the goods as soon as possible after you have notified the return – latest within 14 days after you have received the goods. 

Please note that our Gift Card is a non-returnable item. 



Assuming that our returns policy has been adhered to, returned goods will be credited within 30 days after receiving them.



Exchanges are possible within 14 days. Return the unwanted item(s) with your free return label found in the delivery box. And place a new seperate order for the item you would like to have instead.

Once we receive the new order, we will send your order to you as soon as possible. For the returned items, assuming that our returns policy has been adhered to, we will process your refund as soon as we receive the returned parcel.


Order tracking

All orders are shipped via Standard Postal Service, using bpost. On their website you can track your order using your tracking reference number which will be sent to you once your order is shipped.


Duties & taxes

For countries in the EU, all products are subject to Belgium VAT of 21%. The VAT is included in the prices displayed on the web store. All countries out of the EU are subject to a customs charge.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unfortunately unable to advise the amount of these charges.


Payment of import duties and taxes

All orders outside the European Union, except for orders to Iceland, Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, are sent under Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) incoterms. 'Delivery Duty Paid' means that Wouters & Hendrix will pay for the import duties and taxes upon arrival of the order at the destination country. Orders with destination Iceland, Norway, Switzerland or the United Kingdom will be shipped under Delivered At Place (DAP) incoterms, so additional import duties or taxes may be charged upon delivery.


Damaged or incorrect items

All items are quality checked before dispatching from our warehouse.

If you do receive an item that has been damaged or is incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of receipt detailing your order number and a description of the damage or incorrect item(s) to After 48 hours, your item will fall within the 14-day returns policy. Once we receive your return/exchange request we will agree an exchange or credit and provide instructions on how to return the item.

Damaged or incorrect items must be returned unworn and repacked in the original packaging. Assuming that our return policy has been adhered to returned goods, you will be credited within 30 days after we have received them.


Can I change my order after paying?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make any amendments to your order once it has been placed. In this case, if you do not want your item, you will have to adhere to our returns policy.
